Listen prior to speak: One must be careful, to make the presentation about
the needs, considerations, priorities and goals, with the homeowner, rather than the actual tendency, to make it, all about you! Certain ask the right queries, and consistently focus, on the, might, best impact, the actual homeowner? Never assume you are aware of, or have, all this answers, but, rather, be willing to listen effectively and extensively, before you speak!

Applicable presentation: When you present your
listing presentation, how certain know, you are articulating, some sort of relevant, meaningful, effective concept? Will you merely go over features, etc, or certain effectively communicate and articulate, in a benefits - based manner?

Make your presentation about them, not really you!:How will you recognize, if you are addressing, the issues and considerations, which are most critical, to a specific homeowner? Will you listen more than you speak? Would you understand, for most people today, their
favorite sound, will be sound, of their personal voice? You have a couple ears, and only a single mouth, for a rationale, so take advantage of your, and listen, at the very least, twice as often, just like you speak. Explain thoroughly, slowly and completely, until you will be convinced, and they accept, they understand and agree!

Answer their questions and also concerns, but don't open a Pandora's Box!:Never assume
you know what may concern someone, and never answer a dilemma, you perceive, as an issue, until it is expected! When you presume an issue, which doesn't exist, you could possibly create, problems which will not exist! Always answer each and every question/ concern, however, extensively, completely, and to their satisfaction!

Close, and find the listing: Never fear discussing the commission, you look you deserve, but, instead, emphasize, why you are worthwhile, and how you will probably best, provide meaningful, applicable, meaningful service! Realize, if you would like the listing, you must take
the time, as well as close, the deal, successfully. Provide the quality of service, which makes people distinct, real, and greater!
